How quickly will my order arrive?

Your order usually arrives by courier within 7 working days if the item is in the manufacturer's stock, otherwise within 14 working days. Delivery is free on orders from €299.

How do I install acoustic panels?

You can install them yourself: the panel is fixed with construction adhesive or screws and can be cut to size with an ordinary saw. No special tools or builder needed.

Can slat panels be installed on the ceiling?

Yes. On the ceiling, use screws in addition to adhesive.

Do acoustic panels reduce noise from the neighbours?

No. The panels absorb echo inside the room; noise from the neighbours needs sound insulation.

How many panels do I need?

Multiply the wall width by its height and divide by the area of one panel, then add a 5% reserve. The calculator under the "Add to cart" button in the catalogue does this for you.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, with ESTO instalments. Choose instalments as the payment method at checkout.

How do I choose the right colour?

Choose up to 5 colours and fill in the sample form. Samples are free — you only pay 3,60 € postage. We'll send them to a parcel locker within 3 working days.

How long is the delivery time?

Lead times are currently longer than usual. We'll include the exact date in your quote.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Laser cutting lets you cut your own pattern or logo into the panel, and Print panels can carry your own design.

Where can I find the technical data?

Sound absorption and fire safety reports are on every product page. If you need more documents, just ask.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. Add your company name and registry code to the request.
